Introduction

In business operations, maintaining accurate financial records and effectively managing monetary transactions are paramount. Voyadores Accounting Module offers tools and functionalities designed to organize, track, and analyze financial data. This module simplifies the process of recording income, expenses, and other financial activities, providing a clear and detailed overview of an organization's financial health.

To access this module, the user must have an account subscription for this module. Once subscribed, the user will log-in first the Voyadores account and hover to the accounting menu as shown in the snip below:

Upon clicking the accounting menu, this will display all the available submodules and pages.

Definition of Terms

Defined in this section are the available submodules under the Voyadores Accounting Module as follows:

  • Accounting. This submodule allows users to manage Bank accounts and transactions as well as Product directories.
  • Billing. This submodule allows users to manage and create Invoices and Sales Quotations and manage customer directories.
  • Expense. This submodule is all about keeping records of Expenses and Disbursements as well as managing the Vendors/Suppliers directory.
  • Reports. This submodule is designed to generate a variety of financial reports and provide in-depth insights into an organization's financial performance, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and comply with regulatory requirements.
